When will my package ship?

Orders placed before 12:30 PM PST will ship and process within three days.

Can I use a PO Box? 

Unfortunately no, we are not able to ship to a PO Box. Please use a commercial or residential address to guarantee your goods are shipped on time and can be tracked.  

What shipping methods do you offer?

All of our US shipments are delivered via FEDEX. We currently offer the following shipping speeds: 

We offer free ground shipping. Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days, sometimes faster for locations on the West Coast. 

Where do your items ship from?

All orders ship from our US warehouse in San Francisco.



What is your returns policy?

Undamaged goods can be returned in the original packaging within 30 days of delivery to redeem a full refund or replacement. The customer assumes both the return shipping cost to our warehouse and the replacement item shipping cost. Refunds or credit will be processed within a week of receiving returned items. We strongly recommend applying tracking to your shipment.

When will my credit card be credited following a refund?

Once a refund is processed you will receive an email confirmation. Credit will be seen on your card in 48 - 72 hours time.
